    Hello,

    We do support adding pattern.any entities through the UI.

    Thanks,
    Luke

    This is not what was meant by this request. The ability to manage explicitListItems for Pattern.Any is still missing, they cannot be viewed, entered or deleted.

    Hello,

    Phrase lists in LUIS do not support this. But, to enable this scenario, LUIS has Grouping and ORing functionality, so [tell me | let me know] when I get 100 eur will meet your scenario.

    Thanks,
    Luke

    Under Review  ·  Luke Bayler responded

    Hello,

    Our pattern engine currently doesn’t support this because anything in between spaces is considered as a token. We can look into adding this.

    In the meantime, you can do this with pipes (“|”). For example, (show | sho) me the money.

    Thanks,
    Luke

    You can use the node.js CLI:
    luis add explicitListItem --in item.json --entityId "<ENTITY GUID>"
    item.json is a file like this:
    {
    "explicitListItem": "item 1"
    }

    The call returns the ID of the item that you can use to get/delete/update it.

    @Prema Arya: If the utterance is being used, e.g. in a pattern, it cannot be deleted and recreated.

    Hello,

    If a manual label overrides a prebuilt entity label, then you can remove the label for the prebuilt entity to get detected. You can’t label prebuilt entities yourself because prebuilt entities are exact matches from a list of regular expressions. For more information, please see: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/cognitive-services/luis/luis-prebuilt-entities.

    You can also open a GitHub issue here: https://github.com/Microsoft/Recognizers-Text.

    Thanks,
    Luke

    Hello,

    Anything not in the patter means that the pattern will not get detected correctly.

    Thanks,
    Luke
