API - Translator datacenters

The Microsoft Translator service is provided in multiple regions of the world, in order to ensure high availability and low latency. The Translator datacenters are located in the U.S. (east and west coasts), in Europe (Dublin) and in Asia (Hong Kong). 

Global Traffic Management will route your requests to (Translator Text API) and to (Translator Speech API) automatically to the nearest available datacenter. 

If you need to force a European datacenter, at the cost of availability and latency, please follow the instructions in this article

The Microsoft Translator Hub is hosted only in the U.S. region.
