selectionMark recognition not working properly
I'm using forms with lots of check box fields (ACORD 28). With the 2.1 beta I'm finding that the labeling tool does not always recognize a check box (e.g. selectionMark) as a check box. Many times it will simply think it's a text field and will not allow me to identify it as a selectionMark type. The reverse is also true. Sometimes if I try to label a field as String it will tell me the type is not compatible because it assumes it's a selectionMark. I think you need to take a different design approach for selectionMark labeling and identification. My suggestion would be to allow the labeling tool to label any rectangle on the form as a selectionMark type. When it comes to analysis look at the contents of the rectangle for any significant markings and if there is any assume it's selected.
As it sits today when I try and train with multiple sample forms sometimes the rectangles are seen as selectionMark's and sometimes they are seen as string which invalidates the entire training process. Because of this I have to back away from using the 2.1 beta.

I ended opening an issue (bug report #609) on the GitHub project for OCR-Form-Tools. I believe Xin Zou is going to work on it although I haven't seen any updates on the issue in a month. BTW, any idea of when 2.1 is going to be released? Are you guys just waiting for .NET Conf to release or is it going to be longer?
Please select only the checkbox layer in the labeling tool, does it let you label and mark the selection marks ?
