Confidence score on word level
The lack of a confidence score on word level feature is a show stopper for my company's project. It would be extremely useful for us to have the confidence score included within "Words" list , which consist of words and their timestamps.

the feature is not public and we suspect that it could be provided quickly.
I'd be grateful for each vote for this idea!
i am using the batch-api only
can you please add more details about REST API that you are trying. Is it batch transcription API?
i am using the REST API directly - so not sure if this needs to go next to the other parameters like the wordLevelTimestamps or really needs to be a GET parameter on the URL? Seems quite inconsistent with the regular API ?
You can retrieve the wordLevelConfidence by adding the ‘format=detailed’ & ‘wordLevelConfidence=true’ to the URI https://westus.stt.speech.microsoft.com/speech/recognition/conversation/cognitiveservices/v1?language=en-US
If you use the SDK:
var config = SpeechConfig.FromSubscription(sub, "westeurope");
config.SetServiceProperty("wordLevelConfidence", "true", ServicePropertyChannel.UriQueryParameter);
//config.RequestWordLevelTimestamps(); in case you also want wordleveltimestamps

the word confidence values are not part of the result directly, Take a look at at the complete result in JSON form.
