Why the local insight API does not work? Even the live demo doesn't work either?2 votes
When I try to subscribe to NavJoin here: https://dev.labs.cognitive.microsoft.com/products/59098fec4f545a02a02c68a2
I get this error (using IE): Sign in
Sorry, but we’re having trouble signing you in.

Using Chrome I get this: We're unable to complete your request. Microsoft account is experiencing technical problems. Please try again later.1 vote
Tried out the API with the entity of "Microsoft" through this request URL -
<a rel="nofollow noreferrer" href="https://api.labs.cognitive.microsoft.com/eventknowledge/v1.0/relatedevents?wikipediaid=Microsoft">https://api.labs.cognitive.microsoft.com/eventknowledge/v1.0/relatedevents?wikipediaid=Microsoft</a>
Getting back events that don't seem to be related to "Microsoft" at all.
Attached some of the response that look unrelated.1 vote
Wollongong is one of the greatest most livable cities in the world so I can see why you've used it as inspiration for this service.
Sandwiched between a beautiful mountain range and some of the best beaches in the world it's really idyllic place. It's small enough that you can get everywhere in 10 minutes yet big enough to have all the amenities.
I was expecting to enter Wollongong into your API and get a maximum score but unfortunately only the US is supported. That's a real shame. Please consider adding it to this service.5 votes
Your service seems quite interesting for a project in Scotland.
From your documentation it highlights the service only supports the US.
What are your plans to cater for other countries? Or is the API flexible that my technical development team could adapt it.
Be good to get feedback.
