adding more users to custom search
Customer would like to be able to add additional users to their custom search so that these additional users can add websites to search.

Why is this built outside the Azure Portal?
Why don't the permissions in the portal apply to the search instances?
What happens if the instance owner leaves the company (or gets hit by bus)? We have to create a new instance and update our app? -

Alternatively, being able to configure the custom search through the azure portal (which is where the subscription is managed) would be even better.
