Want to using Operation APIs with individual user account
Current Video Indexer API(V2) requires to get account access token at first for all API operations, and it doesn't associated to anyone (or any account) when using operations APIs.
We would like to identify which user (or app) via API upload video, and wish to feature to get individual user access token and use operation APIs with it.
As Avner explained, the User ID can be found in the Access token.
In addition, the access tokens contain the user id, so it is associated with a user.
Ika, thank you for response. But your answer doesn't much to my case.
We'd like to use single account on Video Indexer with account sharing feature which VI currently provides. And when we use VI APIs, there is no parameter (or feature) to associate user account.
For example, Upload Video api doesn't have any parameter for define user. When using this, it seems to return account (owner) user name as "userName" in response.
Video indexer supports accounts sharing. If used you can create a single account and invite other users to upload to that account. Each user will have their own API subscription and the account owner will be able to remove other users from the account if needed.
Does that answer your request?
