  2. change font color to black

    Can you change the font color to black instead of that light gray on the QNAMaker home page? It can be really hard to make out the light color fonts. Or maybe give the user an option to see black fonts?

  4. There should be an unStrcitFilter and a strictFilter to bring back the default value if no metadata is found on the Q and A

    Besides the logical OR operator for the api and strictFilter there should be an option for an unStrictFilter meaning if it finds the metadata request then it will use that filter and if not it will bring back the default answer.

    Currently our API we our building will work like I am describing because things happen in a general sense... Every call can't be ultra specific to the API that is not feasible. However, it would be great along with the logical OR operator to be included in the API

  5. if i export a qna which has context and follow up prompts and import it as new KB, it doesn't have those context and follow up prompt

    if I export a qna which has context and follow up prompts and import it as new KB, it doesn't have those context and follow up prompt. Any idea when it will get fixed?

  6. Support for multiple languages per QnA service

    Currently QnA Service supports only one language per service. Thus I have to provision 3 services (cognitive, app, search) per language. This is not cost effective solution to implement multilingual bot application.
    Please implement support for hosting knowledge bases for different languages in the same QnA service.

  8. Enable Import of Topics from Virtual Agent (PVA) to QnA maker

    Enable existing Topics from Virtual Agent (PVA) to be processed by QnA Maker.
    We have 180 topics and now we are told we will focus on QnA maker :( Looks like a load of work!

  9. Add support for AzDO work items as data source

    We use a AzDO kanban board for consultancy support (cloud competence center department) and we get a lot of similar questions from different departments.
    We've arranged a FAQ etc., but you'd need to update it and refer to it manually. It'd be nice to have some learning system doing it automatically from the work items (filtering out some Description parts as a question and Comment as an answer).

  10. Azure Query

    Is there a query to get the question the user asked, when the bot answered with the string 'DefaultCardNoMatchResponse' (in QnAMakerBaseDialog.cs)?

    I know we are able to get ones where the bot wasn't able to answer the question, but I want one that shows the question when user selects "none of the above" when the cards show "Did you mean..."

  11. Retrain multi-turn

    When I enable multi-turn support when I create the KB and initially train my KB, it works well. When I update my source document and retrain the KB all my multi-turn QnA have gone.

  12. The standard version only allows 3 transaction per second and 100 transaction per minute

    How does the pricing work out? Can I have 20 knowledge base, each with 20 managed document and the pricing is still 10$ with 3 transactions per second. Or the pricing is based on 1 knowledge base?

  13. Creation Date Timestamp for QnA Pairs

    In order to run reporting and analytics on the Knowledgebase the creation and update timestamp is meaningful.
    At least in the XLS download function this data should be exposed.

  15. Granular KB level permissions for QnA maker?

    At this time everybody on the QnA Maker instance with contributor rights can edit and delete all the KBs. Can we have a more granular KB level permissions?

  16. Get answer by ID

    Allow api to access question by ID.

    Our use case is for follow up responses, and I know the question ID but I need to use the generate answer endpoint to get the response.

  17. knowledge base

    When I enter keywords to search, the relevant QnA pairs return, but my keywords are not highlighted, making it hard to know why the pairs are shown in the search results.

    To make it easy to see what a QnA pair is about, I often modify the top question in my question list so that the first column will update accordingly. However, after I click Save and Train, the top question kept reverting back to the previous text before my edits.

  18. Fix QnaMaker sort algorithm

    QnaMaker 4.0 shows first a 60% match, but when i ask for 100 results it bring another results with higher score.

    I don't know how do you test your software...

  19. "Sign out" button should use hand cursor

    Repro steps:
    1. Click the profile button in the upper right corner
    2. Hover over "Sign out" button
    3. Observe that it uses a text-selection cursor instead of a hand cursor

    Tested in Chrome and Edge on Windows 10

  20. Qnamaker should show processing status

    I tried to generate FAQ's from a large PDF file, and it processed for too long and then it asked me to check my knowledgebase after some time. But I have no information on approx. time it will take or no progress bar. At least it should show some progress bar
