  1. Introduce the top parameter in batch test results file

    When you design batch test for QNA kb following these instructions:
    https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/cognitive-services/qnamaker/reference-tsv-format-batch-testing
    in input file one optional parameter is top and now it haven't any effect in file result.
    It would be grateful if you could inform in input file, for example 3, and in the result test, it show you the 3 first answer expected.

  2. unable to create new knowledge base

    I get this error when creating my first knowledge base:
    Oops!! Something went wrong.

    Please try again. If this error persists, please provide details via the feedback menu.

    I've tried signing in and signing out, it still gives me the same error.

  3. URL formating doesn´t work in teams when using follow-up prompt

    When adding a follow-up promt to question url formating don´t work in teams-channel but it works in web-channel

  4. Expose an API to Get Count of QNA pair by passing KB ID.Now there is no way to get just the count download kb api will hit performance

    Expose an API to Get the Count of QNA pair bypassing KB ID. Now there is no way to get just the count .Download kb API will hit performance if the requirement is just to get the count.Also when tried getting it programmatically it gave error showing toomany requests per second.
    Now we are manually taking count and updating in our application ,Also maintain a unique id for each qna pair .

  5. Is there any Error in the Qna service?

    I'm trying to make a knowledge base and I'm getting an Http 500 response when I try to test the KB, Do someone knows if there is any general error in the service?

  6. Easily adjust confidence score

    It would be great if there was an easy way to adjust the confidence score for a KB. We have set up an Azure chatbot using Q&A Maker, but we're not developers and we have no idea how to go into the code and change the confidence score threshold - couldn't there just be a setting somewhere for this?

  8. Persistent view options

    the QnAmaker editor page does not persist view options, with is REALLY bothersome if one always needs to view metadata, or one always wants to display 100+ items

  9. Q&A Maker results should include some weay of locating the text within the original source dependent on the type of source (PDF, HTML)

    The current results from Q&A Maker include a source which identifies, for example, the PDF document, but does not include information on where the result was located in the PDF document.

    If possible, this would be a great feature to allow deep linking directly into the source content as the extracted content may often be lacking additional context such as images, diagrams, tables, figures, and so on.

  10. QnAMaker service region is set to West US as default

    We've faced this issue while we're creating QnaMaker Service on Azure portal into a resource group when we have a location restricted resource group policy on Azure.

    We're looking for only hosting services in North Europe or West Europe and Qna maker throws an error because of it's trying to create "QnAMaker Cognitive Service" to be hosted in West US.

    Due to subscription limitation we can not create a resource group supporting West US region, our subscription only requires Europe based regions.

    Please can you give an ability to QnAMaker Cognitive Service to pick location as well?

  12. QnA Maker Manage knowledge - Problem Adding new URL

    I have problems adding a new URL when I manage knowledge base in QnAMaker.
    I've tried adding my link but I get the error:
    Failed to extract QnAs from the source "URL" - Unsupported / Invalid url(s). Failed to extract Q&A from the source.

  15. Filter answers by metadata not using code

    For members of a team who are populating the QnA Maker, it would be really helpful to have some type of UI functionality that lets you sort answers based on Metadata instead of only filtering metadata from code.

  17. Knowledge base is not available on QnAmaker portal

    Team,
    I have a free subscription of azure and created a QnA resource followed by knowledge base and BOT. But now when I am logging to QnAmaker portal it is showing as there is no knowledge base available and also I am not able to create new knowledge base

  18. Don't show API access keys directly in the user-interface

    On the QnAMaker website, please don't show API keys immediately on-screen and give users a button to copy them. Similar to the Azure portal, we don't want to inadvertently dox ourselves when using the website

  19. allow for multiple editors in QnA maker with granular role management for a single service

    The portal is a great tool. It would be tremendous if we could create KBs within a single service and allow for individuals to only author and update their KB

  20. Allow different wording on the same answer

    This would avoid machine-like behavior, e.g. if a user says "hi", the response could be randomly picked from a list, like "Hi", "Hi there" etc, instead of always responding the same way.
