  1. Automized labeling of QnA-Pairs/Lists via Machine Learning Pattern recognition

    Filling a QnA-Maker Knowledge Base automated via a crawler process increases the number of QnA-Pairs/Lists in a way that labeling by humans is no longer possible.

    Provide a source labeling process based on Machine Learning Pattern recognition to identify source groups within large Knowledge Bases.

          • Sort Knowledgebases in Frontend

            When having multiple knowledgebases they are always sorted by Last Modified. I would like to sort them by Knowledge base name or Azure service name.

            • only one entity(answer) shows at the insepction panel.

              The document (Test your knowledge base) says that " the panel includes the top scoring intent as well as any identified entites", and "if the top scoring answer is incorret, user can slect the correct answer form the list and select save and train". However there is only one answer(entity) showed at the panel, and i couldn't find the answer list.
              Do I need to change some setting to show the answer list?

              • QnA-Maker and LUIS used together are almost incompatible and diffcult to handle.

                The Confidence Scores of QnA-Maker and LUIS are not comparable, although they both range from 0.00 - 1.00.

                Using both Cognitive Services at the same time makes it currently very difficult to create a logic that can decide which Confidence Score is the more appropriate, because both have the same range but are calculated differently.

                A Confidence Score of 0.54 in QnA-Maker does not simply correspond to a Confidence Score of 0.54 in LUIS. This makes the two Cognitive Services almost incompatible and very difficult to handle.

                Connect QnA-Maker and LUIS that their Language Understanding models work at least on…

                      • Adding a similar qnaList leads to a lower confidence score

                        When there is only one question that contains the key word, the confidence score is pretty high. But when we add a similar question that contains the same key word but points to another answer. The confidence score of both answer would get lower rapidly. Even worse, if there are multiple similar qnaLists, the confidence score would be lower than the threshold so that there would be no answer returned

                        For example:
                        If there is only one qnaList: Question:"Do you have battery" Answer:“Yes, we have” When the user query is “battery”. The confidence score is 100.

                        • Adding a .xlsx file as a knowledge base only imports 10 pages of question/answer pairs. Remove and up this limit

                          Adding a .xlsx file as a knowledge base only imports 10 pages so not all a question/answer pair get added. Adding the file as .tsv brings all the question/answer pairs.

                          • Does qna now totally support other language?

                            I have lauguage problem. I am now using Japanse with the QnaMaker, but it isn't so smart but seams just do the simple search like sql even not smarter than sql.

                            For instanse:
                            Q: 東京  A: 東京は日本の首都です。

                            From the chatbot, I must input the word as same as the Q or input the word as Q with space to get the answer. but it works in the privous version.

                            Can get the answer: 東京 or 東京(space) について
                            Can't get the answer: 東京について or 東京とは?

                            What should I do? I don't think I can add all of the possible words into the question list.

                            • Way to rearrange QNA Pairs in Knowledgebase

                              Please provide an easy way to rearrange QNA Pairs in Knowledgebase. It would be even nice to group certain QNA Pairs as they are related with certain high level topic. I believe QNAMaker service choose the answer with more preference which comes first in list in certain circumstances when not having high confidence. QNA Pairs can be entered any time so to arrange them properly, it is required them to be rearranged by simply drag/drop kind of functionality.

                              • Import Knowledgebase is not working correctly.

                                After Microsoft moved QNAMaker service to Azure now and we need to move our knowledgebase by creating new one and importing from old one, it is not working correctly. The order of questions and answers pair imported gets reversed and it impacts the answer it choose when a question is asked. So it is a major fault undetected by Microsoft test team. Also, there is no way provided currently in new Knowledgebase to rearrange the question/answer pairs easily by moving up/down etc. Please fix this soon and after importing from old KB to new KB, order should be preserved means…

                                  Hi, I have tried to import our current QnA from preview to GA. But, I have this issue when I was importing the file. "Invalid input. See details. QnAList[8].Questions - Field 'Questions' cannot have more than 100 items, QnAList[11].Questions - Field 'Questions' cannot have more than 100 items, QnAList[19].Questions - Field 'Questions' cannot have more than 100 items"

                                  • I want the ability to select multiple knowledgebases and delete them at once

                                    When deleting more than one in the knowledgebase, We can click on the trash can button next to each knowledgebase, but it is very time consuming to delete multiple knowledgebases.

                                    • Breaking changes: Word alterations

                                      Hi,

                                      Since the V1 of the QnA Maker API, the word alterations was linked to a KB.
                                      Now, with the GA and the V4, the alterations are a service-level.

                                      This is a huge breaking change.
                                      How can we now manage different acronyms in different KBs ?

                                        For example, "あなたの名前は?" And "あなたの名前は?", The confidence score is totally different.
                                        There is no meaning in half-width and full-width differences in Japanese expression. Please make improvements by all means.

                                          QnAMaker currently does not support images. It parses only the text. I am fine with this. As a work around, we have added images to out doc file using markdown :

                                          But, after uploading the doc file, the answer is changed to
