  1. Auto language translation

    It will be perfect if it can understands the questions in whichever language, then find the answers from the KB and return with the 'asked' language, optionally combine the answers in default language.

    For example, I have KB in English, if the ask is in Japanese, it can understand and find the answer from the KB and return the answer in Japanese and the English (bilingual answer).

    This will help a lot for preparing the multilingual KB when the chatbot is globally deployed.

  2. The standard version only allows 3 transaction per second and 100 transaction per minute

    How does the pricing work out? Can I have 20 knowledge base, each with 20 managed document and the pricing is still 10$ with 3 transactions per second. Or the pricing is based on 1 knowledge base?

  3. Creation Date Timestamp for QnA Pairs

    In order to run reporting and analytics on the Knowledgebase the creation and update timestamp is meaningful.
    At least in the XLS download function this data should be exposed.

  6. Add support for AzDO work items as data source

    We use a AzDO kanban board for consultancy support (cloud competence center department) and we get a lot of similar questions from different departments.
    We've arranged a FAQ etc., but you'd need to update it and refer to it manually. It'd be nice to have some learning system doing it automatically from the work items (filtering out some Description parts as a question and Comment as an answer).

  7. knowledge base

    When I enter keywords to search, the relevant QnA pairs return, but my keywords are not highlighted, making it hard to know why the pairs are shown in the search results.

    To make it easy to see what a QnA pair is about, I often modify the top question in my question list so that the first column will update accordingly. However, after I click Save and Train, the top question kept reverting back to the previous text before my edits.

  8. Integration with SalesForce

    Is there any way to connect to Salesforce and create the knowledge base with salesforce data?

  10. "Sign out" button should use hand cursor

    Repro steps:
    1. Click the profile button in the upper right corner
    2. Hover over "Sign out" button
    3. Observe that it uses a text-selection cursor instead of a hand cursor

    Tested in Chrome and Edge on Windows 10

  11. Qnamaker should show processing status

    I tried to generate FAQ's from a large PDF file, and it processed for too long and then it asked me to check my knowledgebase after some time. But I have no information on approx. time it will take or no progress bar. At least it should show some progress bar

  12. if i export a qna which has context and follow up prompts and import it as new KB, it doesn't have those context and follow up prompt

  13. Retrain multi-turn

    When I enable multi-turn support when I create the KB and initially train my KB, it works well. When I update my source document and retrain the KB all my multi-turn QnA have gone.

  14. Get answer by ID

    Allow api to access question by ID.

    Our use case is for follow up responses, and I know the question ID but I need to use the generate answer endpoint to get the response.

  16. alternate phrasing

    alternative phrasing is deleted when on settings check refresh content of url.

    the alternative phrasing should be kept and only the content updated, the question rarely changes and it is very useful to keep the alternative phrasing that I had previously

  17. load knowledge bases

    The knowledge bases never charge in account. I know that they are a lot of Cognitives services of qna that allows my account to used them, but when a log in qnamaker no one knowledge base loads.

  18. provide an external app to edit an exported TSV. One option would be excel.

    when the chatbot Knowledge base is big, editing multiple fields in a webpage it's my worst nightmare. For example if you have many follow-ups and each answer. It takes hours, because I need to save after each modification. I've tried to export the TSV and edit it with excel, but still it's very difficult (almost impossible). Please give an alternative program to edit the TSV, on a PC, that would save it in a compatible Azute QnA format ( with all the markdown rules, follow-ups).

  19. Granular KB level permissions for QnA maker?

    At this time everybody on the QnA Maker instance with contributor rights can edit and delete all the KBs. Can we have a more granular KB level permissions?
