How can we improve Academic Knowledge API for Cognitive Services?

Fix: graphSearch API not working (Aug 2018) - Labs server returns Internal server error (500)

Please bring back graphSearch online - it has been down for several days. The server replies:

{ "statusCode": 500, "message": "Internal server error", "activityId": "8366f920-6ab6-40b1-8956-ce3171eb49ec" }

        Same here. Subscribed to the service, but when going to the api reference on https://dev.labs.cognitive.microsoft.com, when I clic on try it, it says I have not subsribed.
        When I then clic on "porducts", select "Project Academic Knowledge - Preview", subscribe (Again ???) and sign in with my microsoft account, it says there is a problem with the account !!
        Which one is it ?
