My customer has AAD locked down so that only Global Admins can create users--and they don't have the check box for allowing auto-creation of AppIDs checked. That is blocking their app developers from creating Web App Bots, which Auto-create AppIDs/Keys, and also blocking them from creating qnamaker.ai/luis.ai apps on those sites.
Can we either a) allow developers to provide a pre-existing AppId on the Web App Bot or b) make the controls more granular in AAD so that a subscription admin or subscription owner can auto-create AppIDs? Or can we do both?1 vote
Cognitive Services integration with Diagnostics/Application Insights for Requests/Responses/Errors in Azure Portal
Cognitive Services are integrated with the Azure portal using the Keys, which shows the Requests and Errors numbers only. There are no further details shown like What Requests/Input parameters, What is the error messages, and how to view these details, and how to fix these errors are not yet available in the azure portal.
Just showing the number of request/failed/success will not help to understand the issues in details, requesting to integrate the diagnostics/application insights with the entire details, will be most helpful. Kindly address this at the very earliest possible.5 votes

When you choose any API and try to create you. There is a problem while you choose the location.
The location shows Global as a Location which is weird in the first place. and secondly it shows an error as "Global does not exist in the list"
This looks like a bug.1 vote
I realize it has been a long while, but this looks resolved to me. There is no longer a Global location.
There should be a place that has the current status of the APIs & website, as well as the history for when there are outages or service interruptions.7 votes
